Jeff D. Graham
Assurance Partner

Jeff joined Condley & Company in 1995 and became an Assurance Partner in 2000. He currently serves as Managing Partner, overseeing the day-to-day management of Condley and Company including all aspects of the firm’s operations and strategic initiatives.

His leadership role in Assurance includes firm work in multiple industries for financial institutions, healthcare, not-for-profit, governmental, and other for-profit industries. Jeff specifically assists in financial institution engagements, including BSA audits, Directors’ examinations, internal audits, loan reviews, and other consulting services. Based on his experience as a bank examiner and additional knowledge obtained from an accounting perspective, he is the front-line business advisor on banking management and the main contact for all of the firm’s financial institution clients.

Jeff began his professional career in 1991 at the Texas Department of Banking. He served as a banking examiner for state-chartered banks in the West Texas region. Jeff’s current and previous roles have given him the necessary experience to assist his clients with a broad range of technical and strategic issues.

Jeff was inspired to pursue an accounting career when he passed his CPA exam as a bank examiner. He was interested in understanding the aspects of financial statements. Jeff’s straight-forward thinking and strong work ethic help him create long-lasting relationships with the clients he serves.

Jeff is originally from Ranger, TX, and currently resides in Clyde with his wife, Vicki and their three sons. While away from the office, he can be found hunting, fishing, or reading. Jeff also enjoys working on his farm and spending time with family.
